Is there a specialist site or something that you can just type the serial number off a bike in, and it will tell you what company, model and year it was made in? ???

Looks like an Aero Pro/Aero X.... Little gusset near the heatube? oval tubing? Far east made i think. Some were chro-moly, you should be able to tell by the weld neatness.
