Hi
Recently re-established myself with BMX by way of picking up a second hand GT Pro Series 24 from thebay and am loving it, apart from the weight!
Now that I know I like the feel and style of this type of BMX I'm interested in seeing what is available at the other end of the market, can anyone please help point me in the right direction?
Cheers
rotorist.

Very nice bikes! :daumenhoch:

Complete bike - then as Bill Stupp says, the Redline Flight model is very nice.
Frame only - S&M 38 Special or Standard 125R if you want cro-moly. But if you want aluminium, Crupi, Supercross or Avent are very popular.
-
Check out Ebay.com - FMF bmx
There is some nice models in Carbon, Alu and Chromo for some nice prices...
Does anybody know about quality on these FMF bikes and framesets ???

Other frame options could be Direct Link in aluminium, for steel you could hold out for a UK Dialled Bikes..They're looking awesome.. :daumenhoch:
Forks:Supercross,Sinz and DK make light cro-mo,then there's the carbon option from Bombshell etc..
It's all about preference and budget..

Cheers Nic :daumenhoch:
In fairness, there aren't many bad race bikes around these days because the companies who make them aren't exactly doing it for the money. Like Nic says, it's all about preference and budget.
FMF, DK, GT etc at the budget/affordable end of the market. Intense, Kuwahara, Redline, etc somewhere in the middle. S&M, Standard, Crupi, Avent at the top/expensive end of the market.

I have to say the last two S&M cruisers I have had, the RV and now a 38 Special are awesome.
But what has really taken my eyes was Mike Wong's Dialled. Saw it a few weeks ago in pictures and shortly after at Mansfield National and it was sweet!

the very best cruiser i've ever ridden has to be the standard 125r ,

I've got an S&M RV and that has taken some serious stick down Chicksands 4X track. It's strong, light very very easy to ride. I'd say it rode more like a 20" than any other cruiser I've ridden.
I've ridden Mr Wickham's Supercross too, it's a very nice bit of kit, in a very similar vein to the s&m.
The choise is yours, but be prepared to spend alot of money bilding it up if your going for the bling bits too. I think my S&M would cost about £1500 to build up as is (lots of ti and Profile).

I'm liking the brown charge spoon saddle! I've got an 07 Floval Flyer for the track. Great bikes for the money.
