Too many poncey bikes about, you should know, you went to Lee's house the other day. ;)

I'd love to take the p!ss out of Lee, but man, I have to admire his work. Its a thing of beauty.

Neil,
Is that RL the one that was on the bay for a mint the other week?? Looks the business though.
How's your carerra II coming on and how many redlines have you accumulated now?
Step away from the Radberry - leave it as it is the camera is doing an old frame justice as it is!!
Paul

the amount of naked blokes in there is weird
oh yep it is a carling night shawn

ANYWAY TAKE NOWT AWAY FROM A COOL REDLINE THREAD
-
I have had the Radberry frame for about a year now. There are small chips on it, which p!ss me off a bit, but the again, as Ollie said, perhaps it lends itself to the character of the frame.
-
Hi Frosty,
No that Redline is still en-route to me - should be here shortly. That is one rare RL, too - it was a prototype for the California red colour that Redline used in 86. I think the 85 red is by far the rarest of the 85 colours too, even hazard yellow.
I have the Carrera II frame forks, bars, 400 flights in 175mm (rare) and I recently got hold of a Carrera II frame pad - result!!! Got the black Ukais, still need a few more things but basically should be there soon. i will be taking it to the chromers as soon as my first batch has been done. Pics to follow.
Got quite a few Redlines now. Still got a long way to go to get near Lee's collection though.
-
Neil,
Who are you going to use for chroming? I have used the Castleford lot for the kuwi and some crank arms, but am not sure if to send up the redline.

great got no chance of finding one now what with money bags >:(
-
I prefer the ST 20, I have never been much of a fan of twin top tubes, what i really like is the son-lite hubs, pure class !!
All frames are cool, I dont konow much about redline, where year are they from ?
-
Hi Jon. The RL20 II's are all from 1985. That is the only year the l shaped rear stand was made - after that, they all came with a j shaped stand.
-
Hey Neil ,
Those RL20 II's look cool & I'm not really into Freestyle bikes
Thay bring back memories of my PL20 bitd
