did you use a wire brush fitting?

What dremel attachments did u use to do them mate and how long did it take you?
-

I must admit I quite like to see I am not the only weirdo restoring bloody nuts and bolts :LolLolLolLol:
Good work, cherrypicker :daumenhoch:

First off with a soft wire brush - disc type. Then a soft abbrasive disc. Next a polishing mop with standard polish and then a dry buffing mop. About 3 hours, maybe a little more. I've done the hardware on my flights for my current build too - they came out great as well :daumenhoch:

you really have to get yourself a bench grinder and a couple of polishiong mops, there's about 10 minutes work tops with one of those, and 6 of that is wire brushing the crud off first. it's the way forward, dremmels are great for getting to the bits where your mop can't go. ;)
nice job though.

Got bench mops too, for the bigger stuff :daumenhoch:
