Title: How's Spillers??
Post by: Humps00 on June 15, 2008, 07:32 PM
Lee Allen took one hell of a slam today whilst at Herne Bay after he clipped the first doubles and front-flipped HARD into the dirt.  I was really worried for him and thought we were going to need an ambulance as he went bright red and started spluttering.  Luckily he was just winded and declared he was OK but he had some very nasty cuts and bruises and he's definitely going to hurt in the morning.  Let us know how you got on at A & E Lee.  Humps

Saw a consultant who twisted and prodded me all over, went for an x-ray on me arm and ankle as there was a lump the size of a golf ball on the inside of it and ............................i've only gone a fractured my arm in 2 places  :-\ above the elbow and me forearm gutted  :( bokked into the fracture clinic thursday but i'm gonna go and see the bone doctor brian simpson asap  :daumenhoch: i've slightly sprained my right wrist, cut and bruised both knee's bruised my left shoulder(currently still in pain with my right shoulder from cheddar crash) sprained my right wrist slightly and have just found out 5 mins ago that i can't wipe my arse properly  ;D f**k knows how i'm gonna shower as well  :buck2:

Well anyway i'd promised myself i was gonna spend the weekend practicing riding and jumping and manuelling to try and up my game for the nationals and regionals and just pushed myself out of the comfort zone  :-\

I was told by someone that TK flash said "if you carry on riding the same as you always do you will always get the same results,so i thought i'd F**k IT its time i'd pushed my limits a bit.......and here i am  :LolLolLolLol:

Lee, you want to take up the bike racing again as it seems safer than bmx racing.  :LolLolLolLol:

Don't know why but I've always hurt myself a lot more on a nmx than I have on a motorbike. :D

Fook, me, I go away to Poland for a weekend and all hell breaks loose over here - Mrs Humps (RIP), my main man Scott Waterhouse knocking out himself at a 4X race, and Spillers doing a Barry Sheen at Herne Bay.

Healing vibes Lee.  I know you'll be back as keen as ever.  Get well soon mate  :daumenhoch:

Get that Ipswich 'miracle man' on the case and you'll be riding again soons as you like.  I feared for the worse when I saw you go down, it was that hard!!  Glad to hear it was little more than a scratch, well to a hardened stacker it was, and that you're on the way to recovery enough to be considering a trundle round at Hayes on Sunday.  Healing vibes buddy.  Humps

PS:  I'm loving the change of name to "spilleroonga" too - very good  ;)
