Welcome to RAD Tony. Looking forward to that food on Sunday; make a change from takeaways and oven-meals!! ;) Come on all you RADsters as Tony says, this is the BIG one and if you attend just one meeting this year then it must be Hayes on Sunday and then you'll drawn into going along to MK a few weeks later. There will be an OLd School gate or two so get your wheels out and trundle round and be part of a GREAT event. Humps

I'm not racing either Lee (got a family thing to attend earlier in the day) but will hopefully make it along later in the day to watch the finals.
Shame really, as I reckon they will definitely get semis in most classes this weekend.
-
I'd love to have a go at 30-39 cruiser but I'm going to wait until the winter series as I want to concentrate on winning the old school class first

Right then lads me and se mark will be leaving for hayes soon :daumenhoch: i wanna see a good clean fight today in the 40+ cruisers :knuppel2:
-
so come on then who won what in o/s
-
Gary72 won the OS with Zippy 2nd, Hooga75 3rd, quad paul 4th, sam 5th, me 6th, then dean in 7th followed very closely by a very improved Eloopnai!!
excellent day although ruined for me by a nasty stack in the first moto which has left my left heal a nice shade of purple.
lots of changing in the motos which was excellent seeing only 8 turned up and it was Gp points.
only other downer for me was the wind which meant we couldnt see anyone going for it over the himalayas.... the rest of us tried to just keep at least one wheel on the ground (i didnt hence my accident)
hey ho on to Milton Keynes in 2 weeks...
oh great to finally meet MattDubb, lee and Quadrophenia (bring your bikes next time though lads)

Come on guys please come and support this event, we are desperate to break the 300 rider mark, we had 298 last year with only 5 old skool riders.
Get some good practice in for MK08 I'm sure the racing will be far more serious this year ;)
-
i think all 8 that attended at hayes are definites

As I said on Sunday Lee I'm tempted to trundle around at the inter-regional. I'm so much slower than the guys at Hayes so really would like to gate with a few of the "not so quick" old farts so I don't make a complete ass of myself in such august company. Will watch and see who lines themselves up for the event before making a final decision but really love MK and breaking the 300 mark would be a great message to support the inter-regional idea which we've proved is an absolute winner and competes well with the National scene in these days of escalating fuel prices. I'm going to be there. :daumenhoch:
