now this is TRUE OLDSCHOOL :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:
when we were kids growing up in yorkshire in the middle of the miners strike
all the exotic bikes and parts that we lusted over in mags were sadly way out
of our league :-\ so we improvised :D :D
i remember not having enough pocket money to even buy stickers to put on
my plate., so id cut pictures of the decals GT, CW, RIPPER etc out of action bike
and prit stick them on ;D ;D ;D
also remember badgering the pro's when they came to our tack when they used to cut there grips of
id take them and superglue they back together and fit them ::)
anyway the reason im rambling is because things seems to have gone full circle ::) ::)
with skyways graphites bringing ridiculous prices i decided to use some of my childhood
ingenuity.
what do you reckon
im well chuffed with them :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:
3 hours masking

Nice Job,
Back in the day a mate of mine coloured his tuffs in with them gold metallic markers..looked good from a distance.
Made me smile about the prit stick...was never that hard up but close : )
-
may i say i think the gold needs to be a bit more golder,to match the brakes, looks a bit like the original graffites i have, that are a bit faded

The first generation Camey hubbed graphites colour always lasted better than the second generation which were prone to fading ;)
