Hello. I have quite a few sets of tyres, including white and red haro tyres which I want to put away. What's the best way of storing tyres? Currently they are in my loft in a box but I thought that may not be good... I dunno... what do you suggest?
Thanks,
Matt :daumenhoch:

If they're gooduns I generally store them laid flat but with a tube in with just enough air in it to stop them squashing and creasing each other. Another good way is to use a coat hanger if you get what I mean and then hang them on a rail or something like that. Keeps them nice and neat and they don't get fooked up.
I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder so I'm good with owt like that, or as my wife calls it "A fussy cnut!"
Daz. ;D

ask mattdub, he knows how to store tyres ;D i think he has only fecked every pair he has

Pop them in bin sacks but don't seal them, then keep them in the loft so they keep warm, but not too hot (and dry & crack). The bin sacks will keep the dust off (which drys them) and keep them a little humid to retain some moisture.

Mine are now all in bin bags ( with a hole in each ) in the garage . All of them are now stood up instead of layed flat .
