just been to todmorden park with my boy and they have a little skate park were for the first time in 26 years i pulled off a 540 kickturn ;D, i know its a simple trick nowadays, but to me its like a land mark, i'm slowly improving but its like starting all over again after such a long layoff, i can now bunnyhop up kerbs do rollbacks, rock walk. Now i really want to do a 360 rollout!
the 2 young lads that were there said, 'this is embarresing, being shown up by a 40 year old man', :smitten:

Well done fella it feels so sweet when you pull one and ride away :daumenhoch: Keep practicing those 360 rollbacks they will come :daumenhoch:

nice one. :daumenhoch:
i don't know who told you a 540 kickturn is a simple trick these days... i can't do them anymore without a coaster brake and i don't think i've seen any kids do them. it's only a few of us oldies that i've seen do them recently.

i did have the added benafit of doing it on a slippy metal surface, which was the leading edge up to the mini ramp, so spun round quite easily! :daumenhoch:
so maybe a bit of cheat involved!

Well done fella.
I'm still trying to do bunny hops, but my 38yo gut wobbles too much!!!!

Hey up buddy, I was at a little park last week on a 2000ish performer and decided to try 540 kickturns. Was a bit rubbish but when I had a go on my mate's 85 Performer I almost pulled it off on the first go!!!! Sweet. So, now i'm building up the 84 Performer I just bought off Ebay- :smitten:the Performer was the bike I rode the longest back in the day. By the way, remember when I bought the quad from you all those years ago? When I looked back on it I realised that when I first sold it to you I'd only had it for 8 weeks and had bought it brand new from ABMX. I saved up for months to buy it as well. JJ
