Title: Need sealed bearings for my old 401 single pinch Flight Crank ???

I dont know what and where to buy it...

I have a spindle with flange and treads - so what do I buy ???

Can I use the converting spindle set - the ones you can find on the bay ???

Please help.... :'(

Try Danscomp Allan, they've got all the bits you'll need, 19mm bearings ;)
