Thats a beaut.... its great when little bits of history come up like that.

this guy is obviosuly pretty close to OM as he has been selling quite a few 1 off items lately.. all signed or 'can be signed'

Though i do have a set of those plans signed by OM himself as well   :smitten: - he signed 50 sets, i've got no. 8 ill post em when i get em mounted.

If that was mine I seriously wouldnt want it autographed.  I'd get the meths to it straight up.

I realise the signature is Scott B, but think the frame would look better without it.

Depends what you want to do with it.... build it up or keep it as is... 

if i was putting it on the wall next to me plans I'd leave as is...

but then it'll go for well over $2000 so it wont be going on my wall! which is a shame as i've got a lovely little spot for it  :LolLolLolLol:

did nt the chap say that when the pk was introduced in 79 that the drop outs changed , must have gone for a round top tube too. Thing is if the pk ripper was introduced in 79 and this was a proto type in 78 , did they have the name for it already ie:are the decals right , did it even have any

i've bought stuff off this seller before with no issues, he's always been helpful. He preaches all the God stuff though, which is a bit odd !  :crazy2:

not sure who he is, but he claims to be an OS SE Factory Rider... :-\

he does have some rare sh!t though  8)

Is it me, or is there something a bit unusual about this seller? All these really old frames suddenly appearing, freshly powdered with incorrect decals, flowery explanations, rarely any actual pics of the damage stated, and then these iffy bid retractions all tend to set alarm bells ringing for me. He clearly knows Scot well, so perhaps he’s simply trying to raise a few bucks on his behalf. It’s probably all kosher, but very old frames with fresh paint always make me twitch...  ???
