Title: Manufacturers & Makers List

Hi all

I have learnt some new things about Manufacturers & Makers in the last few months, and thought this could be quite a good technical thread.

Quite simple, list the bike / component and manufacturer - and timeline if possible.

We should have hundreds, and I am sure it would be useful for future reference.

So, who built all of our favourite bikes - such as JMC, Skyway, Hutch, GT, Haro, Mongoose etc......
