they're not welded....they're just pinched up to the seat tube!   :2funny:

i emailed seller and told him that bike is not as you describe and is isn't a hutch

he replied

 :2gunsfiring_v1:  Well when i bought it, the bloke said it was a hutch and it was stickered up as 1, said they was rare so i bought it, and built around it. Cheers

He would probably buy a turd if somebody said  it was rare.........a classic example of a fashion victim if you ask me!
