I would say no.

I would say no.
I'd say no as well, not with those dings in it.
-
They dont regularly go for a grand really. The last one that went the distance went for a G because Juan Mattos was bidding, and he has nine of them now so i dont think this will get over £600. Should we run a sweepstake? Could be a bit of entertainment ???
-
£386
-
I Think You Lot Are Right, The Dropouts Are Lovely But Those Three Dings... Thats Just Stopping The Actual Price It Should Be At :)
-
£386
:LolLolLolLol: :LolLolLolLol: very specific Laz

What's the score with those rear drop outs ?
-
I Think They're Pretty Clean
-
Maybe I am missing something, but the weld on the numbered side isn't the same as the other side.
Anyone ?
-
No They're All Look To Be Fine to Me
-

Anyone ?
One photo is viewed from the outside of the dropout, the photo showing the serial number is took from the inside of the dropout thats why the welds look differant... :daumenhoch:
I reckon it'll end at £540... ish... :-\

Nice bike Danny :smitten:That is a bargain
-
funny how everyone goes mad for generation ones ie rare as hell people say , i seen more haro`s gen one on ebay in the last year than every seen before making hutch trickstar`s seem rare in this country .
did many people in uk bitd have them as i only ever saw one gen one as a kid ?
-
There were a few around my neighbourhood Paul, I agree though there are loads about but then again it's the same with Rippers and they still command good money.
-
Nice Gen 1 Danny :smitten: :smitten:
I Think It Will Hit The £600 Mark If Not More!
-
Dents are on non-show side, someone will pay £680 for it in the madness of the last hour.
-
most wanted a gen1 as Bob Haro used one, and yes there are a few around, but not many. You will hardly ever find one on US ebay, its only really the UK they come up so we see them all. Check US bay for trickstars they come up every day, like standard rippers.
Put a nice haro padset on that frame and your away no dings to see!! I reckon £710 will win it :daumenhoch:
But wont be me .................... i think ............. hope , Ive spent enough money :2funny:
-
:daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:
-
£821.99 is the winning bid ??? I'm in shock

I had my gen 1 (pic left) from 84 onwards, rode it around high wycombe area, only ever saw one other on the streets and that was in bournemouth in about '85. Though there must have been a quite a few around. Didnt Hotwheels or faze 7 have the only shipment come in BITD?
Stu
-
just seem odd that there more over here than state sides as haro was a american company
-
Yeh That Is Abit Funny?
-
mine got nicked in lichfield in about 1986/7, tbh, it was crap to ride, i prefered my dp freestyler, but id fookin love it back now :daumenhoch:
-
-
2 brothers from round my way had 1 bitd.
The oldest had a gen1 with i think white tuffs.
The younger 1 had a 84 sport if i remember correctly with z rims.
I keep driving past the house where they lived to see if the garage is ever open and check if they are still in there ! ::)
Of course id offer the market rate for the pair :2funny:
-
Both me and a mate of mine had gen1's , his was in better nick than mine and wanted some cash about 2004 ish so he gave it to me to sell on ebay. It was a full bike with grey skyways, haro group1 stem,shotgun1 seat, nos haro freetyle tyres in blue, redline freesyle bars, mks graphite pedals etc.....
I just had a look back on Paypal and it sold in Nov 84 for £355.98
I decided to keep hold of mine :) I wish I'd kept hold of his :buck2:
