They are an excellent set of forks for either racing and dirt riding, but i dunno about the weight, you would have to ask somebody else.

I've been racing on a set of pre-Fuji Landing Gear forks for a couple of seasons now.  Good solid forks and never had any problems with them.  The ones I had were a bit lighter than Pitch Forks (though not by much) but not as light as the S&M RV/Race forks.

I've just taken the Landing Gears off and replaced them with a set of Sinz carbon forks though.

If you're interested in my set of Landing Gears send me a PM.
