Brought one today told it's a Nora Cup somewhere between 81-83.

Any good? worth much?

You're right about the frame, its a santa anna but the fork are not correct. Those are forks from an 85/86 GT.

The Santa Anna forks didnt have holes in the drop outs.

Of the top of my head I would say Santa Anna GT's when from 81 - 84.

Is this a good bike? I'm very new to this just liked the look of it. Paid £60 for it. Has Ukai wheels with SR hubs SR crank, spider and chainring, SR clamp, pedals and stem and made in japan headset and BB with ITM cromoly bars

nice first project there strip bit powder coat by superbikedan .great frameset .shame bout the forks but hey 60.00 notes its bargain
