Title: Can someone tell me where i can buy a computer keyboard with a £ button?

I cannot find any £ button on my keyboard, each time i want to buy or sell something in £ i have to cut and paste. Someone sell my a keyboard with the £ sign please? I'm too lazy to type GBP also :laugh:

dude do you have a mac or pc. if mac you can change country setting to run UK keyboard

A keyboard wont help you.

Its the language your PC is running that determines the keyboard layout not the actual keyboard.

Try changing your Language and Region settings in the Control panel and see if that makes any difference.

It will alter you keyboard layout and could swap a few things around though.  

£ sign is above the 3 on a UK keyboard.

What language are you using now?

I think you can also do it by holding down ALT and typing 0163

Yep that works Mark.

You have to do the 0 before the 163 because its an extended character.

If he's using a foreign language set would the £ be swopped for something else?

Or does every set have the £ sign?  ???

On a winndows PC, there is usually a language button at the bottom right of the screen.

Its a tiny "EN" on the bar.

Click on it and choose "english - United Kingdom"

I had this problem on my laptop...

it was set to USA mode..... $$$

i think you can change it to UK in settings when starting Windows up....

press F2 i think at start up...... or is it F10...   ???

not completely sure how you do it though...

PM Rad member Obbie!! he sorted mine out a few times...

defo need to change the language in settings to UK.

then regardless of what keyboard you have holding shift and 3 will give you £.

anyone know the short cut for the degrees symbol?

Type in "pound sign" into google, highlight it, copy, paste it and jobs a good'un  ;)

alt 0163 works for me! YAY!! :D
