He's told me they are. Said it's totally original bike. Asked him to send me the serial number and he didn't do it  :-[  I've paid by credit card so if i'm ripped off, i'll just get Visa to refund me. Better safe than screwed over, we've all been there. He only has low feedback but it's good.

I've asked him to message me stating that it is a TA with it's original forks, also for some better pics and again for the serial number. If he doesn't do it before tomorrow, i'll report him and contact Visa. Screw that, i'll cancel the payment now and tell him i'll pay when I get the pics and serial no. All my feedback shows that I pay immediately so he can't doubt that i'm good for it. Just want some reassurance, not asking too much for over $600

TA is on its way, tracked. Got better pics. Original chrome, original forks, serial number ' SKYWAY  K  002285'. I think that makes it a pre-USA Jap made frameset with a curved brake bridge. £320 and I got bars, tuf neck pat pend stem, powerdisc and chainring, sugino opc and fair nick Shimano DX's. It has it's original decals too so i'll be well chuffed as long as it gets here ok  ;D

Got the TA today. Got stung for £95 tax bas@$ds. The frame is in fair condition although the monkey has peeled the decals off while cleaning it. The chrome on the forks is shot on one of the legs (completely removed by sanding, by the looks) but the shape is mint and 'skyway' logo on dropouts is pristine. I wanted to do a chrome build so i'll have to get those redone. Got a lot of survivor parts with it too which i'll be selling to get some wedge back. Silver DX's, Tuf Neck bars, powerdisc, chainring and stem plus GT dropnose saddle and snide DX clamp. Give's a shout if you want any of that  :daumenhoch:
Got some choice nos bling going on this as it's probs my last build (apart from my boy's mini burner  :-[)

Here it is, in survivor shape. The dropouts are minty but the chrome is gone completely down one of the fork legs. Serial number for a pre-USA Jap model I think. Not sure whether to rechrome or powder as it's already cost near a monkey already.

The chrome on the frame has gotta stay!

Why not do something different and just get the forks powdered white?

Never seen that b4. :-\
