   anybody know of a cheap but reliable way of havin a frame sent over from the usa and rough price cheers :daumenhoch:

I always use USPS Priority Mail International service.  It takes 6-10 days to be delivered and the last time I used this service (2 months ago) it cost me £25 for a frame and forks.
