Title: How many tins of that dye do you need to do a set of wheels???

I looked in the stickies section but couldn't see how many tins of the multi purpose you need???

And is the cold dye one no good?

cold dye no good at all

i think i used 6 or 8 tins to dye 2 aero zytec to black
and lots of salt ......  :daumenhoch:

Si, if it's for Tuffs you can use two to four depending on how faded they are and on how much water you use, plenty of salt too.  Get Dylon Multi Purpose Dye in Scarlet as that's pretty close to the original colour but check with RomBlerk as he has dyed many red tuffs on the journey to becoming a DyeMaster Jedi  :daumenhoch:.

Dyed a pink shotgun red came out great  ;)
