Title: Layback n seat advice plus sneeky pics of next build
Post by: Rooonga on August 14, 2008, 09:32 PM
Hi everyone,

Ive just put some stuff for my next build together, but I'm not too sure of how my Renthal layback n seat actually look.

It looks way too far back, so I thought I'd ask ya's if you thought I should turn the seat guts the other way around to bring it forward a bit.

Whaddaya recon?

Also here's a few pics showing very roughly what it'll be like once built. Gonna be built as a survivor, but will give it a good wipe over before it's done.

I am building it all up as I had it in 1980/81, could have gone with flights n stuff - but that's not how I had it then, so I am keeping it almost exactly as I had it back then. (Had a blue stem, but had no luck getting one so far.)

Anyway - seat is question - should I rotate the guts to make it look better?

Cheers!

Paul

Nice to finally see it, haven't seen a big gusset (easy tiger) in longer than I can remember. You must be well stoked with that  :daumenhoch:
