budget   one piece sugino type with bb could be as little as £30
average 3 piece from £50/100 inc twin pinch flights
good 3 piece from £150  to the heavens but full wraps you can get £200/50 depending if they need re chrome
but one piece is good

step away from the haro fusion stem imho
a suntour or pro neck would be much more suited

looks great on most bikes in my opinion :daumenhoch:
its up to the person building it but i personally think a fusions to new for the build.

stem - go with Tuff Neck or Hutch for great results

they might be out my budget

yes not too cheap, think, although don't know mid at all, that Haro fusion is based on hutch long reach, if neccessary cover with a skyway stem pad, from sides could look same as a hutch or tuff??? depends how critical detail is? thats the road i'd follow on a budget.

the fusion if nos will most likely sell for as much as a suntour powerstem, sell the fusion, buy a suntour, right for the bike on your budget.

get polished though, not black....unless you can afford a red or blue one, depending on what your colour scheme is.
