Title: gold tuf-neck V bars?

Are there such a thing as tuf-neck bars? If so then I should soon have a set of gold tuf-neck V-bars for sale
(plus lots more gold stuff  8) )

just wanted to know is it true or false?  ???

but i have nos gold ukai 20" x 1.75 shine shides  laced to nos suntour hubs..the rear being a rare suntour cassette hub :daumenhoch:
