If its some sort of gen1 copy its geometry looks spot on...

If it's a torker, It'll have a serial number? :-\

Those rear dropouts look very Rebel like to me.
not sure if rebels have serial numbers, someone else may be able to say.

Take a look at the brake bridge and the top of the seat-tube? ;)

Similar to a Sterling or Cycle pro, did it at one stage have a coaster mount as far as you can tell?

yup, its a peugeot, giveaway is the square brake mount thing on the tube.
