360 nosepicks (on a mini, to fakey) put me on my arse a good few times this week. Id like to get them again.

Too many tricks are on going but Im trying to get real locked in toothpicks. Ive also got back on to trying framewhip nosepicks. I always give up after not getting very far. I figure that if most kids can do them now without front brakes I really should be able to get them!

Icepicks  (or attempted icepicks) always used to jar the fcuk out of my knee.  Now it's repaired, I'm interested to know if thats still the case.  If they don't hurt now, then I'd like to sort them out.  :)

Jedi - I'll see if I can set it up.  Afternoonish session?

Chubs, howdy mate. France was very good thanks, nearly nailed myself in the head with my trials bike - so I had to throw it down the hill unfortunately, so its not looking quite so straight at the mo.....  ;D

I did hear about your manual slam, yeah.... hehe.....  which hurt more, your knees or your pride in front of the lady??    :D

done a few little spines... like corby's...

But they terrify me... i never really had a chance to ride them bitd!!

and everyones try'na get me to do it all the time!!  :-[

keep thinking i'll either clip my back wheel on the coping or i'll get it round to back wheel landing and loop out!!

scary...

Whips too... but i'm always trying to learn them..... never gonna get em!!  :(

I dont have a specific trick in mind.I dont really want to learn tailwhips or bar spins 'cause they dont interest me.Its a general thing really- get higher on vert, air higher on 1/4's and I want to be able to 'ride' a park by transfering from here to there like the kids do.I was doing quite well at creation until they moved all the chuffin' ramps around. As for vert,I seem to have more off days than good at the moment. ???I did ok on thursday tho' so as Yazz and the plastic population said-"The only way is up!" :daumenhoch:

 one handed pogo hops

and air out of the coping and to go over that spine thing without hooking up or landing on the flat bottom.

Those skate helmets for bikes are not good, its like not having one on!
Safety has always been number one for me but a full face is not cool eh?I think ive had about 6 knockouts and thats with a full face.I watched Ryan do that 1080 at dew tour, messed his face up big time.I dont get this helmet, pad thing. Why do people only use one arm pad?Whats cool about that.Ive got knee pads on my arms because the pads now seem so small.

PK RETRO -  Pegstalls and grinds eh?  Sounds good  :)

Try spending your time learning little baby grinds first. A foot or two long, that kinda thing.  Once you've got a couple of them, speed up for a longer grind and slow down for a stall   :daumenhoch:    Be sure to concentrate on getting your back peg on first and foremost.   ;)

PK - It's not that the back peg has to go on first, its more that your concentration needs to be on the back peg, the front peg tends to look after itself so long as you keep your bars sraight   :)

foookin got one at last!

was walking to the pub the other night and it sprung into my head.

we've got some really rad bins in cov city center, metal and round and make an ace sound when toothpicked, so i'm thinking what else could be done. theres a couple with benches nearby so a gap from the bench to toothpick is one of my favourite lines. then when walking to the pub why not 360 toothpick the bin?!

basically gap from the bench, 180 to toothpick then keep the momentum going and 180 more to get the full 360. must be some precision sh!t going on but thats what i'm all about!

i am currently learning to do the bunny hop, how high do i pull the bars up?

depends on high you want to jump

the higher you pull up the higher your hop will be so practise small pull up front then a sharp push downwards u will see what i mean straight away then use your body weight and legs to really gain height then use anything u can lay your hands as a marker to clear on and build the height its good fun :D

hope that helps ya
