Title: help needed on gearing

trying to rebuild a 24 cruiser, what gearing do i need to be putting on it, any advice would help please

I all the time used 41-18

i use 40/18 or 41/18 some people do use 39/17 also.

I think my Redline PL24 came with 39:18 which I found a bit "spinny". I have dropped the rear down to 17 now which suites me better.

I used 43-17 on my old cruiser. It took a bit of effort to get going but it was worth it.
