Title: Nuts for a suntour coaster brake
Post by: superjimbo on September 08, 2008, 03:41 PM
Hi all,

Any idea where I would find nuts to fit a Suntour coaster brake which I have on my Tuff 2's? Or what the size of them is?

Thanks

Do you mean the nuts to lock the wheel to the bike frame ?

If so they will be 24tpi

Yeah the nuts are to fit the wheels to the frame, I bought the Tuffs NOS but they only had nuts on the front wheel.
I'll send an email to vert-ego but I can't see any Suntour coaster nuts on there.

Most probably 3/8"x24 UNF.

Check ebay for 3/8 unf nuts.

suntour spindles are metric m10, by 1 i forget the tpi, but its not 26
not 3/8ths by 1

thats if they are the same as th eprecision bearing hubs spindles

if any other wheel nut youu have seems a tad too small, you need m10

-search
gripfast track nuts m10

if its not, then i dunno
