Title: Azusa 24" finally built (ish)
Post by: kdw712 on September 18, 2008, 11:04 AM
taken me a while to get this together
not sure why really as its a stunning looking bike  :smitten:

originally was turbo todds then Sandro had it imported around 2005
it moved on to Zippy and then moose owned it till i brought in Feb this year

still not 100% complete and sorted but i wanted to ride with my daughter on sunday afternoon
and it seemed the right time to get it rolling

oddly the wheels were from when sandro owned this bike and have been reunited with the F&F

still need to trim down the headlock bolt under the fork crown
find some cable ties or clips for the brake cable - though leather boot straps could catch on ........  :coolsmiley:
get some new bolts for the stem front clamp plate
and prob some chain tugs too

hope you likes    :daumenhoch:

it's the Skunkwerks yes - ive got the first 1 built out of the 25 that were.

Need to do a build that is worthy....  need a few quid in the bank before that happens....

best place for JMC padsets is Jim Melton himself who you can find on Ebay where he sells Repro Padsets and Decals sets.

Remember where it's coming to next as well Kev.

As and when you sell it the money is waiting.  :daumenhoch:

I was desperate for fundage when I sold it to buy my first Aero Pro in 25 years and that was the best thing I had to sell. I've regreted it ever since as I have had about 7 AP's since.  :-[

Nice. Funny how many times the average Azusa frames change hands......LMK if, or as history has dictated, WHEN you decide to sell.
