Well...been off work...bored....and after reading Rad for hours decided I would finally get my old Lazerlite out from behind the fridge. Caked in dust and looking really sorry for itself. Gave it a bit of a clean....had taken some before pics and some inbetween.....and when I went to take some after shots....I realised that it's not really a good idea to have your camera standing behind the bike when you throw a bucket of water over it :tickedoff:
The serial number though is T3H1472. It has a Suntour stem....Suntour sealed hubs...Diacompe brake, Ukai 1 3/8 rims, balding Comp III tyres, as for the crank..does Hanabishi mean anything to anyone? No idea what pedals they are, just says VP-767. Everything still spins nice on it though, although some rust is starting to appear in the usual places.
Now all I need is a new camera ;D

put the cam on top of a radiator, it will be fine!
I managed to save a Sony from the floods at our Carlisle office by putting it in the airing cupboard for a week.
Sold it on Ebay :)
Then get us some pics.
-
ok, it's on radiator now....was only a crap freebie thing anyway when I bought my mobile.
Will get pics soon :)
-

Actually...there is an old Raleigh racer behind there too. The ku's not going back there, mind you....from a distance you wouldn't think it was over 20 years old so maybe it's done some good being there.

is this your fridge?

doh ! YOU MUST BE MORE CAREFUL

Hanabishi made some nice cranks...seen an advert for them somewhere in a magazine.
-
Just a plain 3 piece crank...which is actually quite thin when you look down on it
-
Can't be Orbs fridge, his would only have lager in it. ;D
-
I wouldn't put it on the radiator. Put in on a chair by it, so it dries slowly. A mate of mine who deisgns them told me that, so it must be true!!

Got some pics finally, albeit not very good ones -
