Title: My Unknown Evolution...
Post by: PaulM on October 03, 2008, 07:50 PM
Here a some pics of my latest ride, the 2008 Ukbikeco Evolution, built it up last weekend and have ridden it twice this week so far and it feels bloody awesome!

Its exactly the same size and geometry as my old Mosca so it doesn't feel too weird, but its so god damn light it feels a little odd at the mo.

It feels super stable and has no flex in the backend what so ever and I feel totally comfortable putting all my trust into this bike.

Many thanks goes to Darren at Ukbikeco for sorting me out  :daumenhoch:

If anyone ever see's me about and wants a ride to see what its like then please just ask, its not a problem

Bastard!!

Beat me to it!

That looks the nuts Paul, nice one buddy.

My build is so similar (colour-wise), got all the parts, just the frame, forks and bars from Dib Dob next week and the wheels to come from Dom and we're good!

Glad now I didn't go for the red wheels...otherwise we would have really been colour twins.

Paul - chuffed for you mate. You're a top man and a top rider.

Cheers for all the comments guys, still getting used to it because of its lightness but it rides so nice.

stevemcintosh: The proper brake is good mate, I didnt even need to sand down the mounts  for it to fit as i've heard thats what some people are having to do, but I guess thats down to the quality of the frame mounts  :daumenhoch: And the blocks seem really soft and sticky, works well

magna13: Not a lot mate All the ukbikeco products are from my sponser Ukbikeco, and all the other parts I got at a really good price or are off my old bike.

Is it fast Pete.....it sure is! you can try it out next when you get your ass too Skaterham.....

Sean 2000: Hey Sean, been riding Caterham most Mondays and Thursdays, hope to see you up there again soon?

Cheers

Paul
