need your help again guy's ;) can anyone tell me what stem this is?? it is stamped sr underneath and on the shaft but i haven't seen any like these before,any one got any info please :daumenhoch:

Pics aren't the best but I don't think I've ever seen one like that before, maybe it's an early 90's jobby  :-\
