Which way up are you running the top plate mate? also do you have the bottom cable adjuster screws backed out enough so that the gyro sits flush on the bottom cable stop plate? :daumenhoch:
does that make any sense at all :LolLolLolLol:

Show us a piccy Gregster!!
-
YEP EVERYTHING IS THE RIGHT WAY BUT BECAUSE ITS INCH THREADED the stack height isnt high enough
-
Mine fitted alright!!
And with no extension to the stem!!
Is it a Gyro 1 or Gyro II or a different make?
-
not sure think its orgy giro1 exact same as new school ones
-
What headset are you running?
I used to run my top plate upside down (so that the HS lock nut was sat 'in' the top plate) to give more travel on the gyro :)

not sure think its orgy giro1 exact same as new school ones
Gyro II has Screw threads
Gyro I has Screw threads with a split in the thread to get the cable through (The ball at the end is too big to fit through the hole). On the Gyro II the balls fit through so no need for the split.
Get a picture taken and let us have a look!!
Come on, dont be shy!!! :LolLolLolLol:
PS. You can get spacers for the headset if you need to!! Ask OrgasmDonor!! He was selling a set!!
