Title: S&M redneck xlt stems, Gyro plate??????????
Post by: lodge on October 17, 2008, 02:30 PM: Looking for a gyro plate for redneck xlt stem, cant find one in the uk, they are avaiable in the states from empire etc.
Anyone running one?? where did you get it.
Any help appreciated.

Post by: SaMAlex on October 17, 2008, 02:33 PM: Ive got an XLT redneck and I got a gyro plate for it at the same time. Ive not used it yet (my frame doesnt have gyro mounts) but I might well put a gyro back on one day. I got it direct from S&M.

I can take a photo of it if that helps you any?

Post by: Stodgy on October 17, 2008, 02:37 PM: Just grab and standard gyro plate and you'll be able to run it. They don't specifically need to be for your stem.

I might have an alloy one around here somewhere...hold on I have a look!

I will enquire with 4down as to availability failing that i will order from the states.

Post by: SaMAlex on October 17, 2008, 02:53 PM: I got mine a while ago. Maybe they stopped making them, or at least advertising them cos they didnt sell many?

Asking 4down is the best bet. They might be able to get one, even if its just one that is kicking round at S&M.
