Title: cable clamps

anyone know if 1" cable clamps will fit my mongoose cali top tube?
and does anyone have any quite cheap?

theres a new pair on ebay at the mo for £6.99
but will they fit?

I think Iv got both sizes, I don't know if they will fit, can you measure it  ???

i cant as the frame is still at the powdercoaters :'(
