well i can help here i watched del remove mine on sunday .zippo style lighter fluid and a stanley knife blade
loosen end of sticker and little bit fluid into it leave it for few seconds then just pull gwently and it should move bit more fluid whenever it stops .if it start to tear start at another spot same process.theni took the frame home and used nail polish remover liquid to clean the glue mess that was left over.sorted .took while to remove and clean though so patience is virtue.
if ya read this del add owt i missed lol

It works well with lighter fluid, just take your time when doing it, don't rush and stretch the sticker. Also watch how your fingers go white. ;D

oh and dont play with matches at the same time...

not sure if this works really well on metal BUT, on my Mazda Bongo I took the decals off by peeling off the top surface with a credit car, then removing the glue that was left with Autoglym Intensive TAR remover...

it depends if you want to keep the originals to repro them.. The method Greg was on about keeps them intact so they can be repro'd.
