Title: pro neck chainwheel worth using?

I have got this chain wheel which came with the bike im restoring(firebird freestyler)
It was dog ruff, ive started cleaning it but as I keep looking at different restos im
beginning to see no-one uses 1 please can someone put me straight is it kack and should I
start saving for something nice or do I carry on cleaning. its got pro neck usa stamped on it
pics arent brill, nice1 gaz. (I remember when friday nites were for getting wasted and chasing
 birds not worrying about bleeding chainwheels, im getting old!) :crazy2:

They are fine Gaz, I had a white one on my Pro-Lite CC and will be using one on my next build along with a 1pc crank.

Nothing wrong with one piece chainrings at all, not enough of them on builds though that's all  :daumenhoch:

thanks for that mate my mind is now made up, gonna paint it  as it pretty scratched  nice1 gaz :daumenhoch:
