not to be spot on but 1995 /96 for sure   could be earlier but wouldnt think so
i remember billys bmx selling them around this date,when it was above townsend cycles.

stainless steel cages ,and big lump of cnc alloy will be a tad heavy
but most 90s stuff was over engineered.
