ye still working on the frame have used the foil/coke idea but just scared of recking the chrome how much can it be done with this idea and autosol
(how far can you go without recking the chrome altogether)
(cheers for that spence) ;)

Set of gum wall tyres and a set of decals and that'll look nice matey :daumenhoch:
-
yeah looking good mate :daumenhoch: remember to ask on here about removing the stuck seat post :daumenhoch:
-
Nigel - don't worry about putting black tyres on the blue wheels, they will be fine as long as they are gumwalls.
Ramp tyres you need Primo V-Monsters like my Sport, but the gumwalls need to be imported unless your lucky :daumenhoch:

all in good time my good freind. ;)
i've got the..
blue elina seat
supergoose stickers
blue brake cables
and finally blue mongoose padset
all lined up,and should be in the post soon and i shall fit with pics over the weekend.
as for polishing the frame i been using the coka cola and foil method and you could see the s###t come off but there was not much of a shine coming thruogh
and i was getting a bit disspondant with it last week.
but this week after iwent over it with the foil etc i used some autosol on the frame and polished it in with a very soft polishing brush that fitted into my battery drill and went round with that .
it now gleams 8) .
i also got some blue gumwalls to replace the all blue freestyle type tyres they look lush on the skyways.
so as above soon to be finnished. sorry about the wait fellas.
carn't wait for comments.

Don't apologise , the mistake most newbies make around here is building their first 1/2 bikes in 5 minutes & they normally look rushed ! .
It's not a competition to see who can build a bike the fastest , take your time & enjoy it ;)
-
cheers matt :daumenhoch:
just hope its up to a decent standards
i havent spent thousands getting all correct and original parts, and its not going to be hung on the wall. its for my lad "(and me ::))" to go on and enjoy.
its being built up to the best my funds can allow.
but having said that i'm in aw of some of the machines on here. they do deserve to be show bikes and nothing else.keep all the resto's coming.
