Title: Removing spray paint from F&F
Post by: chichi on November 05, 2008, 01:00 PM
Hello Peoples.

I am just about to start my new project a 1984 Curtis pro.
Can anyone give me advice on removing black spray paint from the F&F's to bring it back to the chrome before i get them powder coated?

Also i have a set of handle bars which are powder coated a different colour than i want and also this coat is a little to thick . What will be the best way to remove the old powder coating ready for a new coat?

Many thanks in advance  :daumenhoch:

Regards,
chichi

Nice F+F , for the best results remove spray paint with nitromors then get a chromer to reverse the process to get rid of old chrome then new powder  ;)
