Flip flop hub, prob a 13T freewheel but DK did a 12T freewheel for a while tho I heard they had problems with em, maybe someone else has done a 12 .
-
That said, it will need very low gearing cos the frames are 9lb+
-
found this on vintage bmx, thought that cog looked small, and it;s an Ali frame.
"The 25 year PORK will be combining new and old school features, including SKYWAY CUSTOM-MADE HARD-COMPOSITE GRAPHITE TUFF WHEELS w/ a sealed 9t cassette hub, all top of the line equipment, AND the specially revised 2hip 6061 PORK frame complete with an integrated headset, mid bb, and metal drop-out/axle-protectors. The 25 YEAR PORK will be available in two colours, including PINK."

cant see why the frame would be 9+ LB as the original is only 5.4LB

You need to use a gyro XL, it's the only type that fits, finding forks with a long enough steerer is a problem as well, btw I think the yellow pork you have belonged to me years ago!
-

When I sold it it had a red TNT seatclamp, kalloy post, a gyro xl & my homemade cable splitter with it, gone by the time you got it? Somebody (maybe stodgy?) had a new xl for sale a week or so ago iirc.

sounds like the one :daumenhoch:

Cool, saw a pic you'd posted in an old thread, recognised it straight away, didn't look anymore used than when I had it, glad to see it's still about :daumenhoch:

Can't really seem to like that... i think its the frame! :-\ :-\
do you think tuffs are gonna make a come back?? some NS park bikes have them as standard and a kid at my skatepark just bought some for his park bike!! ??? ??? ???
Zak.
-
Toys r us special by the look of it, they just put tuffs and the wrong decals on it :crazy2:
-
I guess I'm the only one who likes them then? ???
I've had 3 ally porks, one after the other, snapped headtube for the first, snapped seattube above the bb? for the 3nd, and a snapped chainstay bb end..
gotta have been the best frame I've ever run, learnt so so much on those, good times, touch expensive tho £360 each..
I've put one of these on my xmas list ...
-
thanks to fugazi and stodgy i got my gyro sorted now :)
