I have a NOS set of red 7x rims and a set of NOS Ukai rims which i want to have built. I have been looking at hubs on ebay and Alans etc. I have seen SR, Suzue large and small hubs and the Shiman DX hubs. What hubs would best match an 82 Vector and an 83 JMC black shadow? Also does any body know who builds wheels in the West Sussex area? Does naybody have any red hubs for sale?

Any of the hubs you have mentioned would be fine for any of the bikes.
suzue would be my choice out of them though, hope this helps. :daumenhoch:

You want to talk to any of the JT's on here, but mainly JT smooth he always has stuff for building wheels or JT71, they may be able to help out :smitten:

I prefer low flange hubs, yeah the sealed Suzues are great value !
DX's are very nice too, or you can also get Bullseye hubs from the US if you want to spend a bit more...
all the hubs you mentioned would be era correct :)
