he's cutting edge, mark my words in 6 months all the bike companies will be making real long grips like the fly ones and the no brakes massive will all be running them.
even the one brakers like Rob here will have them and the super long grip will be standard.
:daumenhoch:
-
like that alot, as for the grips if you look at the bars that were all cut short awhile back the grips all went down the bend, Rob you are fashion leader :LolLolLolLol:
-
I'm confused, your bike was red on Tuesday, not raw?

doubling up grips has been around since the late eighties i believe....ive seen several kneesavers with cut down double grips on. Ive always thought it looked quite cool personally.

ahh cheers, i thought it was for barspins/ no handers when you missed your grips :daumenhoch:
-
yeah i had seen it on a few flatland bikes in the past and assumed it was to make bars softer for certain tricks,
in the past year when hanging up on quaters and vert i've ended up landing on my bars a good few times and my ribs are getting real sore so i hope the double grip job will help me out a bit the next time i f*ck up and land on them >:D
-
Get some body-armour Rob :daumenhoch:
-
A padset for the bike too, suppose thats what they were made for after all.
-
I like that Rob but it needs a skin wall tyre on the front too :daumenhoch:
Daz.
-
Loving the grips!!!
Not sure about the Lavender though - but as you say he's a trendsetter!!!
