this frame has been rescued from a skip by a friend of mine in Whistler, Canada.
Can anyone help me identify it, the decals dont seem to correspond with any federal frame ive located.

If thats a euro bb it could be the first complete that federal did ( cant remember its name) based on the division. but with a 20"top tube. :)

Looks like a weird shape, is it a 24incher maybe?

it's a federal division 24" frame.
They were sold as completes a few years ago.

Looks like a function 24" to me,, i got one - dont ride it that much, 2 or 3 times a year and to get down the trials to dig when its too wet for my real bike.
