Title: KINK APEX STEM??? HELP !!!!

anyone know how the handlebar stem comes off the forks on the kink apex? doesn't seem to have the normal bolt in stem cap and tightens to star nut in forks???

 I would assume from looking at pics ,that the steerer tube is threaded and has a topnut to tension the headset rather than a starnut.Loosen the topnut,undo the steerer clamp bolts and jobs a good`un!
