How often, considering our busy lives, do Radders get to the track/ park/ indoor/ on their BMXs?
Local outdoor park is a mile and half away and fairly quiet with OS codgers (actully all youngsters), nearest track is ~35 miles, nearest indoor ~25miles at Redcar.
I commute an hour each way every day and am home by 6- 6.30, wk ends have been shi##y busy lately with allsorts distracting me from my bikes.
Next year I'll be doing part time study too and god knows what else will come along...Am I grumbling on about nowt or is time harder to come by when you're older (ish)? How do family guys and gals manage?

Saturday morning at the track/Sunday morning in the woods or on my MTB or my Road bike in winter and normally 4 times per week in summer

i must admit that i could ride more if i had a nearer indoor park or weather allowing i could ride outdoor loads, since i have no kids and the missus don't mind me getitng out on me bike as long as i don;t stink the place up with me pads.

At the moment, once a month if Im lucky.
Although I have been on the exercise bike every night or 2 for the last month or so, just so when I do get out on my bike I might be able to ride for longer

I normally get out 4-5 times a week....
If the weather is good then at least twice a week on the BMX and then rest MTB
But at the moment its twice a week BMX, once Roadbike and once or twice a week on the MTB.
Thats with two young kids and a work from home job.... :daumenhoch:

once a week 4 hrs at rom and occasionaly during the week if i can
but not rode properly for about 3 weeks as weathers been crap

I used to get out twice a week and do some miles on the ol' exercise bike!!
I fooked my foot at Creation in May and then nothin' until round 7 (Late July).
Apart from OS racing and hitting Preston Track a couple of times, thats about it!!
My foot still has the odd twinge but nothing painful for the last month or so!!
I went to Manchester in the Summer and managed to pedal all the way around but after Manchester last weekend when I ran out of puff after the two berms I've decided to get back into shape!!
Gonna get fit ready for a full spring/summer of cycling. So Exercise Bike for endurance, Redline Mag Trainer for 20" sprint work and some track practice at weekends (if possible)!! :daumenhoch:

Wednesday nights and sunday mornings at local indoor skatepark
Having a 12yr old son that rides makes it easy for me to get a 'pass out' to go ride... :daumenhoch:

4-5 times a week, it helps that i live just 2 mins ride from southsea skatepark

Its all coming back and i am really enjoying my riding again :smitten: I just love flowin round the place, gives me the fookin horn. >:D

with dark nights once a week for a couple of hours at the track (spent mostly talkin :LolLolLolLol:) and thats weather permitting :(
