i would like to no how to get the correct measurement for spokes ,i usually copy hub and match against one i havenew set of hubs and rim but can not match against any in stock.

Try this link !!! CLICKETY CLICK !!! (http://www.geocities.com/d_halem/wheel/wheel.html)
If you're using 20" rims use:
- 194mm spokes with lo-flange hubs
- 184mm spokes with hi-flange hubs

as thats wot ive just got

182mm spokes should be OK to use with hi-flange hubs . . . the cross pattern will be a little tighter
You may need to use long spoke nipples . . . just to make sure . . . !!!
Build one side of a wheel first and make sure there is enough spoke slack to centralise the hub before you lace the other side
Hope this helps
