Title: what should i do...build or leave in box??
Post by: karlos100 on December 06, 2008, 11:01 AM: I bought one of those 2008 black n gold rippers from stodgy with the intention of putting it in the loft to keep. IT WONT FIT THRU THE LOFT DOOR!! Shall i build it and put it on display in the games room or keep it boxed and find somewhere to store it? i dont want its value to drop thats all as it will prob rise in value in the years to come. HELP!! :-\

Save up and buy a nos Ripper from the eighties if you wanna make an investment :daumenhoch:

Build the one you have and wait until summer, then ride the bugger ;)

Post by: sweetbeats on December 06, 2008, 01:15 PM: No chance of that becoming a timeless bmx classic...build and destroy and create BMX Mayhem in your town is my advice.
If you want collectable I agree with DB get a proper 80's one and stash it in grannys attic for a rainy day :daumenhoch:

its not.

if you want an investment go and buy yourself one of those "in-house" standard's, an s&m new dirtbike or a T1 and leave that in its box,

they'll be the collectable's in years to come :daumenhoch:
