Title: brake blocks

i really want to go out on my bike this afternoon but have only got normal brake pads to use on skyway wheels,the wheels arent nos or anything,but would they cause much damage to wheels just by wizzing about for an hour?

Might get some yukky brake marks if they are something like dc's Stu....just go slow :daumenhoch:

yeah they are dcs(i only know how to go slow),ill  not bother putting the pads on and use me foot to stop

yeah they'll be fine but they'll stink if you brake hard, like burning rubber, and I'm n ot making this up.  :daumenhoch:

i ran red dc's on my black tuffs for a long time and couldnt fault them, they worked better than tuff pads :daumenhoch:

just got back and the dcs worked a treat on black tuffs with no brake marks left,thanks for the advice lads  :daumenhoch:
