Just for confirmation... If you show an unfinished build on here do you then have to finish it that month to enter it in BOTM???

Cause if not, i'll show you mine after it got back from the powdercoaters!!  :coolsmiley:

Are you not happy with the colour Joe?

not at all :-\
i cant get my head round it,
so its going on e-bay :LolLolLolLol:

dan, it was going to be dark grey with silver parts, chrome rims etc,

maybe i'll have it hung around and think about it more,

i regret not going with the plan to do it baby blue but its not really a mid school colour,
and all the "army greens" i've seen were the wrong shade,
so went with the grey,
i kick myself now for not doing the whole thing black.

aah well,

Grey is too shiny, i think grey should always be that flat/matt effect, just my 2p.

Not dissing it though, very nice frame and castillo bars?

I agree a black or graphite grey would look awesome but I don't think that grey is too bad. I don't think the yellow Holmes decal does it any favours though! Why not try some different colours decals that compliment the grey!

I suppose you can't escape the yellow n red s&m shield though

i quite like it but i think it looks short for a holmes.....
the grey int so bad mate ...if you was that unhappy why did you steam in with the decals????
if it was mine i would get some hms holmes decals made up and turn that into a battle ship...go al military with the font like old standard decals it would look great
