Title: CLAYBORN BACKBONE EXPRESS - non bling build shock

have since been informed that this was one of the first frames to come outa clayborn in florida, was told this yesterday so may not be correct ::) anyway, i think it rocks n i aint rode it properly yet but it feels balanced as fook and i think it looks years ahead of it early 90s time, waddya reckon?

boss pro bars (have since removed the surface rust off bars ::) )
nos dk pro stem
nos oddy t1000s with  nos richie megabites
selle italia
pitbull 1 caliper
gt 180 profiles and ring

no vg stuff, just a straight honest build

never experienced it before, twoz weird, the crank bearings pushed in easy the headset cups pushed in easy the fookin crank spacer was even the perfect size and the chain lined up straight way. unlike the tnt :2gunsfiring_v1: :LolLolLolLol:

the stem went down after i took pics,i raised it to compensate for the short head tube  ::) but the elton platforms idea rocks my boat :smitten: :LolLolLolLol:

i don't think thats actually an early clayborn tho. the first ones i recall had the two tone blue/yellow stickers.

i was thinkin 93/94 being its 1" threaded and caliper, not sure when clayborn started up either, havn't found much info on them
